HARLOW
PRESIDENT
Farlight Film Productions President and Founder, Harlow Schuman, is an award-winning filmmaker with an artistic propensity for operating cameras and creating projects with a driving humanitarian purpose. He attends the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts in the Film & Television Production program, specializing in directing and cinematography. When he’s not making films, he surfs the California coast, hikes the Santa Monica mountains, and explores a plethora of food spots around the city. Harlow is an inspired motion picture storyteller and harnesses his lens of optimism and innovation to share rare and remarkable perspectives with the world.
CHRISTOPHE
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION
Director of Production at Farlight Film Productions, LLC, Christophe Merriam is a seasoned producer, well known for his highly motivational collaborative presence on and off set. He attends the University of Southern California’s John H. Mitchell Business of Cinematic Arts program. He’s a problem solver, creative, deal maker, and an adept team organizer and leader on every project he works on. When he’s not immersed in pre-production, Christophe skateboards along the oceanfront, cooking new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with friends and family.
BROOKS
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Director of Development at Farlight Film Productions, LLC, Brooks Taylor is a filmmaker and photographer based out of Los Angeles, California. With a strong background in production, cinematography, and script development, he brings a creative and strategic approach to the filmmaking process. Brooks is currently a student at the University of Southern California working towards a degree in the Business of Cinematic Arts. He combines his artistic vision with a keen understanding of the industry, providing strong oversight and organization to the pre-production and production process. Outside of film, Brooks loves exploring new places and cuisines, staying active with surfing, biking, and weight lifting, and spending time with friends and family.
